WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

All Canada, USA and International orders will be shipped by Canada Post. 

*Occasionally, other postal carriers will be used to expedite packages if any delay is identified prior to shipping. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Please allow 1-2 business days for handling after cleared payment.  We ship Monday to Friday during business hours. Packages will arrive within 1-7 business days upon shipping.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.  Although some states in the US may have Saturday postal service, Canada Post does not offer this service. If another postal service is preferred - please let us know prior to processing.

Orders CANNOT be canceled after they have been processed.   

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note, your credit card billing address and home address MUST match. We reserve the right to cancel any orders deemed suspicious. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

At this time we support payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Canadian orders via e-transfers. 

PLEASE NOTE: For high value orders it is our policy that your billing address must match your credit cards registered address.

Please ensure that your credit card company or bank has your most current address registered on file and that your address is entered correctly at checkout or your order will be flagged by our system and order cancelled promptly.
